Sorry, tblog just has more issues than I care to deal with (like this is the second time I have to put this message in, as the posting engine just ate it!)

Blogger works very nicely, and you can either host it yourself or use its companion, blogspot for a host.  Blogspot has nice templates, and they are easy to tweak if you are into that.
